At our monthly committee meeting for July 2013 it was voted unanimously by members present to change the entry system for club days.
Starting from our August Club Day if you do not put your entry in via the Pre Entry System you will be charged another $5 per entry on club day.
Pre Entry Senior $30 Junior $20, Second entry $10
NO PRE ENTRY Senior $35 Junior $25, Second Entry $15
The main reason for doing pre entries is so the committee can arrange appropriate Stewards, Canteen Supplies etc. It also helps the Race Secretary. If you want to race in any opens within the State you will have to do pre entry anyway. This will be a good way of getting used to it.
If anyone needs help they just have to ring me and I will go through the process. The main thing you need is your passwork onto the VKA /AKA system that you were given when you got your licence from the VKA.
