Pre Entry System

Could all racing members please start using the Pre Entry System on the AKA Website to pre enter Club Days etc. The system is easy to use and helps your Race Secretary to take entries and payment on race days more efficiently and saves time. You will have to use this system for our Open in June so please get used to it. If you want to race away this is the only entry system that you can use to enter.
To log into the system go to AKA Website, go to entries and log in with your racing V number and use your password that you received when you got your licence. Enter all your racing details and save. It is that easy.
By knowing how many entries we have before hand it allows the committee to plan for catering etc for the meeting. If you have lost your password please contact Pam Arnett of the VKA who will issue you with a new password by email. This system greatly reduces the time spent by our race secretary on race days entry.
Our entries for our April Meeting are now online for pre entry.
Our Bairnsdale Open and May Club Day will be posted early in May so if you are racing, please enter early, if you fail to enter early and someone with your racing number gets in first you will have to change your number, first in first served basis. Payment on the Bairnsdale Kart Club Pre Entries is not required. You pay on the day.
Our supp regs for April state that we are racing Short Track Clockwise. After consultation with our Chief Steward Penny Sheehan we have decided to change to Short Track anti clockwise for safety reasons as we have a number of new kids starting out and believe that this will be a safer option. Safety First must be our main objective for all members.

Your assistance in adopting this procedure would be greatly appreciated.
